Questions we get

What are your bags and pouches made from?

Mostly woven polyester, canvas, nylon mesh and coated fabrics, with plastic or metal hardware depending on the piece. Each product page lists the material stated for that item, along with its measurements.

Will a piece fit inside my suitcase or carry-on?

Check the dimensions in the product description before you order — we publish the measurements exactly as they are given to us, in both inches and centimetres where available. Measure your case interior and compare.

How do I clean a fabric pouch or organizer?

Follow the care note on the product page: some fabric items are machine washable, while coated or reinforced pieces are best wiped with a damp cloth and air dried flat. Never force a stiffened panel through a hot cycle.

Can one organizer work for travel and for the gym?

Plenty of them do. A zip pouch that holds cables on a flight holds a lock and a comb just as well, and shoe bags move between a suitcase and a gym locker without complaint.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order inside the United States, to all 50 states, with no minimum. We do not ship internationally and there is no expedited option.

How soon will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Can I return something I simply do not like?

No — change of mind is not covered. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item, within 30 days of delivery; transit damage needs photos within 72 hours. We pay the return postage and refund the original payment method within 3-7 business days of inspection.

Is paying here safe?

Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and no card details are ever stored on our side. Everything arrives brand new in its original packaging; we do not offer gift wrapping.

Built by chronic over-packers

Bagicon started in a drawer full of half-working pouches: snapped zips, straps that dug in, mesh that tore on the first trip. We kept the few that survived and went looking for more like them. The range stays small on purpose, so we can tell you how each piece behaves once it is full.
