Every Bagicon parcel travels with a tracking number, and it is emailed to you the moment the box leaves us — usually within 0-1 business days of the order. Standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Put the number in below and we will send you straight to the carrier holding it.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What to expect, in order
- Order confirmation — sent within minutes of checkout, carrying your order number.
- Shipping confirmation — sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates — a scan is added at each handover until the parcel reaches your door.
If nothing is moving
A brand new tracking number can sit blank for up to 24 hours before the first scan lands, and that gap is normal. If several days pass with no movement, or the parcel is marked delivered and is nowhere to be found, email support@bagicon.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
