Contact Us

Questions about sizing, materials, an order in transit or a return all land in the same inbox, and a person answers them within 1-2 business days.

• Email: support@bagicon.com
• Phone: +1 (440) 820-7633
• Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET

Please include your order number, the product name, and — for anything that arrived damaged — photos of the product, the outer box, the shipping label and the inner packaging. The more of that lands in the first message, the fewer rounds it takes to sort out.
