Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of bagicon.com (the "Site") and every order placed on it. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of the same agreement. By browsing the Site or buying from it you accept all of them. If any part is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Bagicon is the trading name of LANMI MANOR LLC, based in CINCINNATI, OH. We sell Bags & Carry Essentials products online only; there is no physical shop and no third-party outlet.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to order from the Site. You agree that the information you give us — name, delivery address, billing details, contact details — is accurate and current. If you create an account, the login credentials are yours to protect; tell us at support@bagicon.com the moment you suspect someone else is using them. Orders placed through your account before you notify us remain your responsibility.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We describe each product as accurately as we can, using the measurements, materials and capacities stated to us. Photographs are representative; screen calibration means colours can differ slightly from the object in your hands. Stock levels change, and we may add, alter, suspend or withdraw any listing at any time without notice. Where an obvious error appears in a description, an image or a price, we may correct it and, if an order is affected, cancel that order and refund it in full.

4. Prices, taxes and currency

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. The complete total — product price plus tax — appears before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards. Prices may change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where stock has run out, where a pricing or description error occurred, where the delivery address falls outside the United States, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

6. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connection, and full card details are not stored by us. There are no hidden charges: everything you will pay is visible before you confirm.

7. Cancellation

If you need to cancel, write to support@bagicon.com as soon as you can and quote the order number. We will stop the order if it has not yet been processed or handed to the carrier. Once a parcel is moving it cannot be recalled, and the Refund & Returns Policy governs what happens next.

8. Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states and nowhere else. One service is offered, standard shipping, and it is free with no minimum order; there is no expedited option. Processing takes 0-1 business days and transit 2-3 business days, with a tracking number emailed at dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail sits in the Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind and personal preference are not grounds for return. Transit damage must be reported within 72 hours with photographs. The Refund & Returns Policy sets out eligibility, evidence and timings, and it applies in full.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — text, product copy, photography, graphics, layout, and the name and marks of Bagicon — belong to us or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, frame or build a derivative work from any part of the Site without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Do not interfere with its security, availability or normal operation.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-copy its content.
• Do not upload malicious code, or probe or access any area not intended for you.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit details that are not yours to use.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep everything accurate and running, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components, nor that every description is free of typographical error. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory protections against defective goods.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bagicon and LANMI MANOR LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of any product — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of use — even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bagicon, LANMI MANOR LLC and the people who work for them against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Severability and waiver

If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right immediately, that is not a waiver of it.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The revised version is posted here with a new effective date and governs orders placed after it appears. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

18. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States, and the courts located in the State of Ohio have jurisdiction.
