One kettlebell that covers the range of seven. The setting changes in moments, so a single piece of equipment handles swings, goblet squats, presses, rows and carries without a rack of separate bells taking over the room.
Seven weight options, up to 44 lbs
Aluminium alloy handle with an electroplated finish, built for repeated heavy sets
Compact footprint, finished in black
Being able to change the load in the middle of a circuit is what makes it worth owning: go heavy on swings, drop two settings for presses, keep moving. It suits fat loss work, muscle building and general strength and mobility, at home or in a gym. Construction is ABS with a die-cast core.
