A speed rope with a bearing system in the handles, which is the difference between a cable that spins freely for a hundred turns and one that kinks on the twentieth. The rope rotates a full circle without twisting or snagging on itself.
10 feet of cable, adjustable down to your height
Bearing handles for smooth, fast rotation
Black, sold as a single rope
It works as a warm-up, as interval rounds, or as a whole session on its own, indoors on a hard floor or outside on flat ground. Set the length first: standing on the middle of the cable, the handles should reach roughly to your armpits.
