A firm foam brick that closes the gap between your hand and the floor when a pose asks for a reach you do not yet have.
It is moulded from high-density, stretch-resistant EVA foam - light to carry but solid enough to bear weight without squashing flat - with rounded edges and corners so it is comfortable to grip and kind to knees. Dimensions are 23 x 15 x 8 cm, colour pink, sold singly.
Put it under a hand in a standing pose, under the hips in a seated fold, or along the spine to open the chest. It also steadies an inversion and keeps alignment honest through Pilates work. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
