A thick cotton strap, 180 x 3.8 cm / 70.9 x 1.5 inches, with a D-ring buckle that grips under load and releases with one pull.
Loop it around a foot to deepen a hamstring stretch, hold it between both hands to open the shoulders, or use it as a seated extension while your fingers still fall short of your toes. It gives you the extra length to move a little further than usual without forcing a joint to do the work.
